Fitness

We believe that fitness training is paramount to overall physical well-being. Our fitness training programs are specific to each of our clients to help improve various aspects of fitness including but not limited to: strength, mobility, endurance, power, and agility.
At Civil PT, we give our clients both the right type, and the right “dosage” of fitness training to get them to the next level. We regularly monitor progress subjectively and objectively to ensure we remain in the direction of our collaborative goals.
Programming

After consultation where we take an in-depth view of one’s health history and physical activity readiness, we prescribe a tailor-made fitness routine highly specific to the individual.
We foster a budding relationship from day one that grows throughout the fitness journey. It allows us to take part of our client’s journey so that they don’t feel alone. Our approach allows us to hold our clients accountable.
Although we are not nutrition experts, we provide general healthy nutrition guidelines to help complement our other strategies.
We are available in person in Atlanta, GA and Brooklyn, NY.
We’re also available online to provide remote fitness training for clients unable to meet in person.
